I work with organisations and leaders in different ways — through board & governance roles, strategic advisory, projects & transformation, and speaking & conversations.

The form depends on what the situation needs. Sometimes that means an ongoing role around the table; sometimes a specific question, project or period of transition.

There isn't a standard rate card because the nature of the work varies considerably.

For advisory and project work, we'll agree a scope and fee that reflects the nature, duration and level of involvement required. Board roles, speaking engagements and longer-term assignments are considered individually.
